We specialize in the use of LENS neurofeedback which blends traditional talk therapy with this modern neurologically based modality. LENS has proven to be a helpful tool in the treatment of moderate forms of distress such as depression, anxiety, ADD,PTSD, addiction therapy and others. LENS has proven especially useful in areas where there is a high degree of resistance to change. Frequently this resistance is created early in life and results in frozen patterns in the brain. Typically, the client is unaaware of these causes thus making traditional talk therapy ineffective.  These causes include pre- and perinatal imprinting and trauma caused by accident or overwelming life events.  Our experience has demonistrated that LENS neurofeedback can address these frozen neurological patterns by creating greater neuroplastisty with the result that clients find a new and more effective way of living.
